-In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, and salt.

-In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, applesauce and vanilla extract until well combined.

 

Step 3: Mix the mixture

-Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and gently stir until thoroughly combined. Do not overstir.

150 ml sunflower oil

200 ml natural orange juice

Peel of 1 orange

250 g wheat flour

1 pack of baking powder

A pinch of salt

-Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 ° F). Lightly oil or butter the cake tin and dust with flour.

-In a large bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar until bubbly and lightly colored.

 

Step 2: Add the liquid ingredients

-Add sunflower oil, orange juice and orange zest to the egg sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

For the cake:

1 cup wheat flour

1 ½ tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

5 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/3 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

For three milk mixtures:

1 can (397 g) of condensed milk

1 can (354 ml) evaporated milk

1 cup cream

 

For coverage:

1 cup whipped cream

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh fruit garnish (optional)

Step 1: Prepare the cake

-Preheat oven to 180 °C. Grease and flour a 23 cm cake pan.

-In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Reservations.
