Preparation method
Place all ingredients except the whole wheat flour in a blender and blend well. Pour the whole wheat flour into a baking dish, then gradually add the mixture beaten with a blender.
Rub the mixture well until it reaches the consistency of bread. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. After that, fill in the filling to your liking.
