Please 50 g melted butter (for softness and texture)

🍬 60 g brown sugar (adds caramel sweetness)

🌾 180 g wheat flour (waffle batter base).

🥛 🍫 Making Ganache:

-80 g dark chocolate

-40 ml full cream

🔪 Very detailed preparation steps

1 ️ ⃣ 👩 ‍ 🍳 Prepare the cake base

In a large bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until bubbly and clear. Then pour in a little milk at a time while continuing to whisk to achieve a smooth texture.

2 ️ ⃣ 🍫 Add melted chocolate and butter

Melt 150 g of dark chocolate with butter in an electric pan or microwave (in 30 seconds). Mix well to obtain a smooth texture, then fold this mixture into the previous mixture.

3 ️ ⃣ 🌾 Mix dry ingredients

In a separate bowl, sift in the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Gradually pour these dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture and mix with a spatula until a smooth, thick, glossy batter is created.

4 ️ ⃣ 🔥 Cooking Waffles

Preheat the waffle oven and lightly grease the plate. Pour a spoonful of batter into each mold, then cover the mold. Simmer until the waffles are golden on the outside and fluffy overall, about 3-4 minutes.

5 ️ ⃣ 🍫 Prepare fondant frosting

In a small saucepan, heat the liquid cream until it boils. Once removed from heat, add 80 g of dark chocolate and stir until smooth, glossy ganache. Cool for a few minutes to thicken slightly.

6 ️ ⃣ 🍯 Gourmet preparation

Stack the still warm waffles on a plate. Pour warm ganache on top to create a thick, shiny coating. Immediately sprinkle with the chocolate chips and let them begin to melt slightly in the ganache temperature.

💡 Tips to simplify recipes

Prepare the ganache while cooking the waffles: The ganache will be ready at the right time and at the ideal temperature for the topping to be made.

🔄 Replacement ingredients

Substitute hazelnut milk for whole milk 🥛 , the taste is sweeter and slightly nutty.

🍳 Cooking skills

If you want to make the waffle crust more crispy, let it cool on a grid rack for 1 to 2 minutes before pouring in ganache, which will prevent curdling and maintain the perfect texture.
