Grandma’s homemade sponge cake 😋

Ingredients
3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs
1 lemon yogurt
Sugar (2 servings yogurt)
Flour (3 servings yogurt)
Sunflower or olive oil (1 scoop yogurt)
1 pack of baking powder (16 g baking powder)
The peel of a lemon
Butter and flour (for greasing a baking sheet)
Rock candy for decoration (optional)
Â
Preparation
1. Heat oven to 150 º.
2. Beat the eggs and add the sugar, yogurt, sunflower oil and lemon peel (remove the white part because it will be bitter). 3. Mix the flour with the yeast, add to the previous mixture and stir well.
4. Grease a baking sheet with butter, dust with flour and shake off excess flour. Pour the mixture into the molds. If you want the yeast to do more, let the dough rest for 15 minutes before putting it in the oven. Place in the oven and bake. Just poke it with a toothpick (I didn’t specify a time because every oven is different).
5. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove from mold by making a circle around the edge of the mold with a knife. You can decorate with rock candy.
