Strawberry truffle 🍓 🍫

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh strawberries

8 oz softened cream cheese 3.

1 cup rock sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark chocolate)

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Practice:

1. First wash the strawberries and stroke them-make sure they are clean and beautiful!

2. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, rock sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

3. Take each strawberry and dip it in the cream cheese mixture, making sure to coat well. Place strawberries on a baking sheet lined with oil paper.

4. In a microwave-friendly bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Heat on low heat, stirring in the middle until smooth.

5. Dip each strawberry covered in cream cheese into the melted chocolate and let the excess chocolate drip off. Place them back on the baking sheet.

6. If you like, you can sprinkle some crumbs or chopped nuts before the chocolate hardens.

7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

White chocolate and lavender truffles with honey 🍯 💜

Ingredients

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon honey

1 tsp dried lavender flowers

1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pistachios)

A pinch of salt

 

Practice:

1. First heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Be hot but not boiling.

2. After the cream is heated, add honey and dried lavender flowers. Gently stir and simmer for about 5 minutes. This will infuse the cream with a lovely lavender scent.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and pour the hot cream mixture over the white chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for a minute to allow the chocolate to melt.

4. After one minute, stir the mixture until smooth and fine. If it doesn’t melt well, you can heat it in the microwave for a short time, stirring in between.

5. Once the chocolate has melted and stirred well, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until firm enough to remove.

6. After mixing, use a small spoon or hand to knead into small balls. Gently twist to make them round and beautiful.

7. Finally, roll the crushed nuts on the truffles to make them crunchy and flavorful. Place on a plate and cool in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

Pineapple liqueur

ingredient

 

Pineapple

-4 cups fresh pineapple, finely chopped.

-2 cups granulated sugar

-1/2 cup water

-1/4 cup pineapple juice

-1 tablespoon lemon juice

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-a pinch of salt

Coating

-Extra caster sugar

 

Production instructions

 

1. In a large saucepan, add the chopped pineapple, caster sugar, water, pineapple juice, lemon juice, vanilla extract and salt.

2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Reduce the heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and turns golden brown, about 1 hour.

4. Remove from fire and cool slightly.

5. Use a slotted spoon to move candied pineapple pieces to a wire rack on a baking sheet and drain any excess syrup.

6. Let the pineapple pieces dry for about 1-2 hours.

7. Roll the candied pineapple in more caster sugar until coated with icing.

8. Place the iced pineapple pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow them to set.

9. After solidification, put the pineapple cowboy candy in an airtight container and store it at room temperature.
