Ingredients
6 eggs
150 g sugar
120 g flour
200 g jam of your choice
Production instructions
Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Beat eggs with sugar to triploid volume.
Add sifted flour and stir gently.
Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and roll it in a damp cloth.
Unfold the cake and spread it with the jam.

Rum and Sultana Sponge Cake

ingredient
1 cup sultan fruit
1/2 cup dark rum
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
+ How to make it
-Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 ° F). Grease the cake tin.
-In a bowl, combine the raisins with the rum and let sit for 30 minutes.
-In a separate bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until the mixture is creamy. Add eggs one by one, stirring well after each addition.
Add the milk and stir well.
-In a separate bowl, sift in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt.
-Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and beat until smooth.
-Add sultan fruit and rum to the batter and gently mix well.
-Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until removed clean by inserting a toothpick into the center.
-Allow to cool before demolding and eating.

▫ 2 cups sugar
▫ ½ cup oil
▫ 2 cups baking powder

1. Combine orange juice, orange zest, eggs, sugar and oil in a blender and mix well.
2. Pour into another bowl and add flour. Mix well.

3. Add cornstarch and 1/4 cup flour.
4. Whisk the egg yolk mixture with the flour and sugar well.
5. Grease a baking sheet with butter. The size of the baking sheet should be large and the spreading layer of the dough should be thin.
6. Pour the stirred mixture into the baking dish.
7. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
8. Bake the mixture for 15 minutes. Don’t let the mixture dry or it won’t roll out.
9. Unmold without breaking the mixture and place the sponge cake on a damp tea towel.
10. Spread jam on top.
11. Roll the mixture with a damp cloth. Allow to reach room temperature.
12. Remove the damp cloth after the mixture reaches room temperature.
