Manufacturing instructions:

Manufacturing instructions:

1. Prepare ingredients:

-Soak the red dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then mash them into a puree.

-Cut walnut kernels into small pieces.

2. Mix the dry ingredients:

-In a large bowl add black rice flour, wheat flour, baking powder and sugar.

3. Mix the wet ingredients:

-In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed red dates, warm water and vegetable oil until smooth.

4. Mixing dough:

-Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms. Add the chopped walnuts and mix well.

Production instructions

Prepare the dough:

 

In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, rock sugar, and salt.

Add the eggs and milk and beat until the dough is smooth.

Making the filling

 

Whip the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
