8 eggs
1 red pepper
100 g grated cheese (optional)
50 g fresh spinach

1 ️ ⃣ Prepare ingredients:
Wash and cut the red peppers into small pieces. Cut the spinach and ham into small pieces.
2 ️ ⃣ Prepare muffins:
Lightly grease muffin tins, or use paper cups. Preheat oven to 200 °C.
3 ️ ⃣ Mix ingredients:
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Add pepper, spinach, chopped ham, and cheese crumbles. Add salt and pepper to taste to taste. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly.

Divide the mixture into the prepared molds, each approximately 3/4 full.

Place the muffins in the preheated oven and bake until firm and golden on top, about 15 minutes.

Beat the eggs in a bowl (do not use a whisk), combine the sugar, nest mortar sugar, oil, always mixing each ingredient at the same time, then add 3 cups of wheat at a time, add the boiling water and finally add the yeast. Grease the molds and place them in the oven at 180 º for an hour.
Once the cake is baked, cut 2 cm thick slices on the surface of the cake. Use a sharp knife to cut the edges of the cake. Use a spoon to remove the scale strips, reserving the remaining dough.
Leave a wall about 1.5 cm wide on the edge of the cake and about 2 cm high on the bottom of the cake.
Stuffing
