Flour-free oatmeal chia seed bread

Ingredients
-2 cups rolled oats (you can also use gluten-free oats if you prefer)
-3 tablespoons chia seeds
-1 tsp baking powder
-½ teaspoon salt
-2 eggs
-1 cup water or vegetable milk
-2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
-Optional: Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or nuts for garnishing
Production instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 ° F) so that the oven is ready when you finish mixing the ingredients.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, baking powder and salt.
3. In a small bowl, add water and chia seeds and let rest for 5-10 minutes to form a gel.
4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add melted olive oil or coconut oil. It is then mixed with the dry ingredients and the exotic seed gel.
5. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more water or plant milk.
6. Pour the batter into an oiled loaf tin or a baking dish lined with baking paper. Sprinkle seeds or nuts on top if desired.
7. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes until there is no peculiar smell when inserted into the center of the baking pan with a toothpick.
8. Remove the bread from the oven, unmold and slice after cooling.

Ingredients
5 cups flour
4 tablespoons dry yeast
5 egg yolks
5 egg yolks
150 g butter
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons orange blossom water
1 tablespoon chopped orange zest
2 eggs for glazing
1 pinch of salt
Sprinkle sugar

Preparation
Prepare the sourdough:
Dissolve 4 tablespoons of yeast in 1 cup warm water.
Add 1 1/2 cups of flour and knead into a soft dough.
Let sit in a warm place for 15 minutes until the dough doubles in size.
Mix the ingredients together:
Sift the flour, salt, and sugar together into a large bowl.
Make a well in the middle and add the eggs (including yolks), butter, orange zest and orange blossom water.
Knead well until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Mix the sourdough:
Add the previously prepared dough and knead again.
Let the dough sit in a warm place for an hour.
To make the cupcakes:
Knead the dough again and knead into balls that fit the size of the cupcake liner (no more than 3/4 of the size of the cupcake liner).
Brush each ball with egg yolk.
Use part of the dough to make small bones, stick to the dough, and place a small ball on top.
Place in the oven and bake:
Place rolls in a preheated 160 °C oven and bake for 20 minutes until cooked.
Immediately after removing from the oven, sprinkle with sugar.

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 tablespoons pure cocoa powder (100% unsweetened)
100 g of isatis root or sweetener (according to personal taste
125 g oil (olive, sunflower or coconut)
80 g whole wheat flour (or flour of your choice)
15 grams baking powder
Chocolate noodles or chocolate chips for decoration
Preparation
Preheat the oven: Turn the oven to 180 º on the upper and lower heat so that the oven is ready when the mixture is ready.
Beat eggs and sweetener: In a large bowl, beat eggs with pana or sweetener for 2-5 minutes until bubbly.
Add oil: Add the oil to the mixture and continue to stir until well incorporated.
Mix the dry ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, and plain cocoa. Mix well until a smooth lump-free dough is formed.
Pour into molds: Grease or line a plum cake mold (about 25 cm) and pour in the mixture. Garnish on top with chocolate noodles or chocolate chips.
Roasting: Bake at 180 º for 15 minutes, then cool to 160 º for another 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold.
