Affordable artisan bread (no kneading required)

Ingredients
2 eggs
10 grams dry yeast
350 ml warm milk
60 g white sugar
60 ml of oil
570 g common wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
200 g chocolate chips
Orange peel appropriate amount
Preparation
In a large bowl place eggs, dry yeast, warm milk, sugar and oil and beat until sugar is thinned.
Add flour and salt and stir with a large spoon or spatula. No need to knead, just blend until a thick, somewhat dense but even dough.
Add the chocolate chips and spread over the dough.
Using a large wet or oiled spoon, divide the dough into portions and place on an oiled tray, leaving spaces between each portion. You can either shape them into scones or leave them as they are.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean cloth. Let sit in a warm place until the dough is tripled in size.
Brush with egg yolks and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes until charred on the outside and tender on the inside. The baking time depends on the dough size.
Place them on a grid rack to cool.
They are perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
