No-bake orange cream cheesecake

 

 

Ingredients

 

Bread crust

1 1/2 cups Graham’s cookie crumbs.

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

 

Cheesecake filling

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup rock sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon orange peel

1/4 cup orange gelatin (Gelatin-O)

1 tsp orange essence

 

Preparation method

 

In a medium bowl, add crushed cereal cookie crumbs and sugar. Add the melted butter and mix well.

Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or bottom of a pie pan to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to harden.

 

Take a separate bowl and beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the rock sugar and vanilla extract and stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until firm and bubbly, then gently pour it into the cream cheese mixture.

Add orange juice, orange zest, orange jelly, and orange essence to the cream cheese mixture and stir until hard.

Pour the cheesecake mixture into the refrigerated pastry and smooth the surface.

Place the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Garnish with orange zest or other whipped cream before serving, if desired.

🌱 🍌 Oil-free banana pancakes

 

 

🍽 Ingredients:

✔ 3 ripe bananas 🍌

✔ 3 large eggs 🥚

✔ ½ cup oatmeal 🌾

✔ 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener 🍯

✔ 1 tsp baking powder ✨

✔ 1 pinch of cinnamon 🍂

✔ 1 pinch of salt 🧂

 

👨 ‍ 🍳 Description:

1 ️ ⃣ Preheat oven to 180 °C and grease muffin tins.

 

2 ️ ⃣ Mash the banana with a fork until smooth.

 

3 ️ ⃣ Beat eggs with mashed bananas until smooth.

 

4 ️ ⃣ Add oats, honey, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt. Mix until smooth.

 

5 ️ ⃣ Pour into molds and use a spatula to smooth the surface.

 

6 ️ ⃣ Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and removed clean.

 

7 ️ ⃣ Let it cool and unmold to enjoy healthy pancakes. 😋

Strawberry Cheesecake

 

 

👩 🏻 ‍ 🍳 Ingredients:

 

Bottom material

* 2 packs of biscuits

* 90 g butter

 

Make cheesecake (all ingredients are room temperature)

* 600 g cream cheese

* 1 pack of cream

* 2 tablespoons flour

* 3/4 cup sugar

* 3 eggs

1 pack of vanilla or vanilla extract * 1 pack of vanilla or vanilla extract

 

Make a sauce

* 400-500 g strawberries

* Half cup sugar

* 2 tablespoons lemon juice

* Half a pack of vanilla

* 1 teaspoon cornstarch

* 2 tablespoons water

 

👩 🏻 ‍ 🍳 Description:

 

1-Prepare base material: Crush the cookies into a powder. Add the melted butter and mix well (a tablespoon of milk can be added). Place the mixture on the bottom and edges of a 19 cm spring-style pan and line the bottom with wax paper. Compact with a glass. Line the outside of the pan with aluminum foil to keep water out.

 

2-Prepare the cheesecake: Preheat oven to 160 °C. Add the sugar and gently beat with a hand whisk for a minute. Whisk in the cream. Then add the flour and vanilla and mix well. Add eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition. Pour the mixture onto the prepared base.

 

3-Gently tap the mold against the table top, Remove air bubbles. Place the molds in a saucepan filled with hot water and bake until firm on the edges and slightly jiggling in the center, 60-70 minutes. Close the oven door and let it sit for 20 minutes, then open the oven door for another 20 minutes. Remove and cool to room temperature before refrigerating in the fridge.

 

4-Prepare the sauce: Cut strawberries into desired size. Add it to the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and cook until thick. If the sauce becomes too thick after cooling, add a little water to adjust the consistency.

 

5- Pour sauce over cooled cheesecake before serving. Please enjoy!

Vanilla Shortbread 😋

 

 

Recipe:

 

4 eggs

2 1/4 cups flour

3/4 cup cooking oil (butter)

1 cup milk

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

 

Mix the sugar and eggs well, add the baking powder and salt to the flour, sift and add the oil, vanilla extract and milk.

Mix until well blended.

Place in molds and bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes and you’re done.
